All orders are posted using express post within Australia using Auspost.
A flat rate of $14 applies to all orders.
Free in store pick up is also available.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We dispatch all orders within 24 hours, with the exception of weekends and holiday periods. We are closed on Sunday and Monday.
Phoenix Skin & Body is happy to exchange or refund any product that is faulty or damaged.
If you receive a faulty or broken product, please contact us on 95896555 or email at email@example.com within 2 days of receiving the item.
If your order has arrived with leaks, please contact us with at least 3 photographs of your order, within 48 hours of receiving it. We need photographs that clearly show: how the order arrived (showing the leakage on the packaging) Emails requesting resolutions after 48 hours of delivery or without any evidence will be rendered false.
We do not accept returns of any products that have been opened, used or due to “change of mind” due to COVID-19. If an item is missing in your order or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll rectify the error at firstname.lastname@example.org or 95896555.
We ship to Australian addresses only. We do not ship internationally. Delivery times vary between 1 to 4 days business days.
